The Run 79 Lake Tekapo MTB Pursuit
MTB Pursuits began organising
the
mountain bike race around Lake Tekapo in 2002.
The race has been quoted as New Zealand's most scenic 90km mountain
bike race. In 2006, over 1000 mountain bikers from
throughout New Zealand and further a field converged on Lake Tekapo for
another successful race
around the Lake.
This year the field is limited to 1500 participants.
